At Summit Home Remodeling, our staff is comprised of real people helping with real people’s housing needs. We developed a tight-knit, family-feel culture. Our 'Employee Spotlights' shine light on the faces of those who exemplify the best qualities of Summit Home Remodeling.
Today our spotlight centers on Eric Lieberman, our Call Center Representative!
Describe your journey into Summit Home Remodeling.
I actually went to high school with a fellow employee, Cody, whom got me into the company. When I left my first job at Northrop Grumman, I was seeking out something new. I started out in marketing which I did for about a year. I ended up leaving the company to work at a coffee shop, but as it wasn’t for me, I am now back at Summit as a call center representative!
What is your favorite part about working here?
I enjoy the culture to no end! This goes for me and all my coworkers and friends here - people do their jobs well but don’t really take things too seriously. It’s refreshing to say the least. I enjoy that we can all work hard but also enjoy a fun activity or two on the sideline.
What do you like doing outside of work?
I recently became a dad to a one-year old boy! My life has basically revolved around caring and raising him lately, so I haven’t had too much time for hobbies as of late. For the most part, my wife and I are workaholics but when we are together as a family, we relax and spend time with our child.
Any plans for the future you’d want to mention?
I have really high hopes for this company. Working in one that is run by somebody in around the same age as me, it’s inspiring that goals are achievable when you relate to them better. I couldn’t choose a better place to work when it comes to professional aspirations.
As for my family, I just hope to take it one step at a time. I aim to be the best husband and father I can be in the future and beyond.
With Eric showing strong commitment to his loving family, he has also demonstrated the family-knit culture that Summit Home Remodeling exhibits. He truly represents that our culture embraces close bonds, whether it be our coworkers or our loved ones. We hope you have a great Friday!
