Describe your journey into Summit Home Remodeling?
Before I was in Summit Home Remodeling, I worked in a restaurant and as an EMT. I discovered this company and position through another employee, my cousin, Matt! The transition was pretty easy - great people and welcoming atmosphere. I’ve been working for two years now and it’s been great!
What is your favorite part about working here?
The environment and people the best part! When we get busy, we all know how to do our job well, but we also know how to have a good time. We love to talk to one another and play games, but we also know how to get our work done.
What sorts of things do you like to do outside work?
I ride dirt bikes and four wheelers. I’ve been doing it since I’ve met Lamont, the call center agent, and I’ve been doing it for about 3-4 years now and we do it basically every week! From trails, streets, and tracks, I couldn’t spend my time any better!
Where do you see yourself in the future?
I hope to own my own house and start a family. I love my position as office manager, but I’m sure there’s room to grow. Other than that, I’m really happy with my position so I don’t mind staying here for some time. I can see myself spending the rest of my life (until I retire) in this great company!
